The first step in our process is sourcing used wine bottles with proper dimensions and color. Once the bottles are inspected and approved they are cut and treated in our Carlsbad studio. The remaining glass is sent to a recycling facility.
We go through a painstaking process of treating and finishing our cut bases. The cut rims are sanded progressivly to ensure a smooth, dull edge and polished to a beautiful shine and finish. Each candles is poured and labeled by hand.
With each candle shipped we provide customers with the option to recieve a recycling box to ship back your empty product on us! Customers can choose either store credit or a discounted wax refill. One glass base = unlimited reusability.
Our candles are vegan, cruelty-free, and phthalate-free — always. All of our candles are made with 100% domestically-grown soy wax. All of our products are developed, produced, tested, packed, and shipped by our team out of our studio in Carlsbad, CA.
